TERMS OF SERVICE

To begin, head over to our online returns portal. You’ll need your order number (including the #), your zip code, and your full name exactly as it appears on the shipping label to log in. Once you’re in, fill in the details requested on the following page and print the return label that’s generated for you.

Getting your return ready

Wrap your items together with the completed return form. Make sure the return label is securely attached to the outside of the parcel. Then, take it to your local depot—you’ll be responsible for covering the postage fee at drop-off.

Using the returns portal

If you need the return address before accessing the portal, just send an email to info@specialian.com with your order number and a brief note about why you’d like to return the item. We’ll get back to you with the details you need.

Packing and posting

Keep your drop-off receipt safe after posting. It’s your proof of dispatch, and we’ll be in touch once the return arrives and has been checked.

A note on condition

Every returned garment must still have all its security tags and labels attached. We can only accept items that arrive back to us in this condition.
